Dr. Bean's "Perfect PK Court"

Order, order in the court, all rise for the honorable Judge Bean, today you have been called to bear witness upon n00bs, h4x3rz, and 1337 speekers, the court will now come to order and be seated. Everyday we shall be hearing cases from the accusers about how they will always be a husk of their former mountain-dew chugging self because they were so afflicted by PKers.

All cases shall be presented to the court in this fashion:
(Accuser) vs (Accused)
(The "crime"/Description)
(The plea of the accuser of what form of justice they wish to dispense: ' Hot tar and feather maybe?")

I also reserve the right to judicial review should new evidence show up that the accused is innocent.

Lastly, as the courts may not be disturbed, please keep unnecessary flaming to a minimum court is now in session! Order in the courts and let us begin!

The Perfect Court, in a landslide decision of 1-0 upholds the rights of the PKer with haxor in the case of PandaBear VS Soda due to the fact that Pandas are not people and Sodas are also not people, also due to lack of evidence and lack of graphic description, crai now! CRAI!
