Level pet skill

Where can I buy a skill book to level my pet skills? I try to "learn pet skills" from the tamer in lost city, but I need a skill book first and I can't find anyone who's selling it.

    The Mrs. Zoologist npc in south Archosaur sells them. And her husband is underwater in the shipdock across from the Elder in case you need to summon a water pet.
