I can't install the game! HELP

I have downloaded everything and I see Install but when I click it my computer kind of freezes and nothing happens!!! do I just have to wait a while after clicking install?
What should I do?

    Hold down the Windows key (the one between the ctrl and alt key) and then press the pause/break key. Under Computer: tell me what it says.

    I got the feeling you might not meet requirement or computer needs to do some fix/maint first.
