    Maybe.

They should implament a 5 day time-frame to where you can change your stats anyway you like.

It is annoying, but quite a few MMORPG's don't let you reset your stats at all.

Sadly the stat reset is a cash shop item in all the versions of PW.

there are many viable builds for venomancer

robe builds (concentrating on spellcasting, letting pet do all tanking)

light armour builds (hybrid using both melee and spellcasting skills)

    heavy armour builds (melee fox)

dual-armour builds (switch between heavy and robes depending on situation, play like light armour build)

the robe builds (especially if you build in some CON) is the easiest (and most boring) way to play a veno, but can die easy in fb / hh / TW and PK (or as the result of a bad pull!)

heavy build has low damage, and requires serious compromises on EQs (due to too few points to use best armour and weapons)

light armour / dual armour builds - very versatile in instances, TW and pvp, distribute stats according to EQ requirements
(note: dual armour [robe / heavy] requirements means you would need to wear lower-level heavy EQs than your level.... but you CAN use best wep / armour if you go light armour)
