learning tame

im level 10 now and i have my pet, have heal and revive but for some reason i cant learn tame?

It wont appear in the skill list to learn, I tried both the pet skill trainer and the venomancer npc, Is it a bug? o_o

    ok I've realised i have to do that silly trap set quest to get it, But no-one will tell me where those flowers are. Someone said broken bridge viallge on a hill, which it wasn't then next im told a deserted village in the west of the desert of echos on a hill, can somone please give me an exact location? Like a landmark on the map or something?

    Why does learning skills have to be so hard? ._.;
