connection problems

I downloaded Perfect World International, but it wont connect to a server:(. What might be my problem?

    err I hope you didn't selected Etherblade or similare server cuz they not working only Lost City (PVP) and Heaven's Tear (PVE) are working

    P.S. In case you didn't patched/updated or having problem try Manual Patch
