Glitch in Guild menu

We have a guild member who has been promoted to Marshal. Unfortunately he can't play anymore due to RL reasons. When trying to demote him, we get the message "cannot promote this player any farther". It's really annoying, as we need that rank and place in the guild for someone else.
The Guild is Dragons, please GM's if I'm not online contact InuSeito, he is Director. We've tried to contact you online to no avail.
