Glowing blue weapons

I know it's a very noob question, but I saw a lot of ppl whit blue weapons and I can't understand what i have to do to have one :)

    I'm going to guess the ones your seeing right now are the Reward for finishing your FB19. And by FB19 I mean the quest that sends you to Firecrage grotto, Den of rabid wolfs, (can't remember the elf one).

    Any 3-star weapons will have a blue glow to them. The fb19 reward is a 3-star weapon. They can also be obtained through crafting and buying off other players.

    It's necessary do it the grotto quest? It's possible kill the boss in solo or I must have a party?

    I'd say grotto quest is the easiest way to get a 3star weapon at early levels. Not to mention the weapon is pretty good aswell^^ Crafting one is lucky shot at best, and people tend to sell them rather high price when they finally manage to craft one.

    You will need a party to kill the boss, and even the basic monsters inside it are elites. So yah, party is the way to go :D
