Where can I find Wandering Polygloths

I am playing a cleric and recently got the solo mission quest to kill 20 Wandering Polygloths in the White Ridge area. Does anyone know where they are found and can give me approximate directions? Even knowing what other creatures are around them would be helpful. I have been searching for hours and am just not having any luck.
