Reporting Bots to GM

I went to report a bot, so I brought up the GM prompt, about 5min later I got responce by ign just called "GM" inquiring about my bot report. But when I tried to respond to his pm I got the same prompt. I tried several times trying to send pm but kept getting prompt. I even pushed ok on prompt hoping the GM got the message I typed along with the prompt but really have no idea if he received it. I think there really should be a much easier and user friendly way at reporting bots.

    Sorry for the double post but my friend asked this to me so think its something important to ask. For botting or any issue involving a GM, what is best method to get in touch with one ?

    I was wondering about this too because i've seen alot of gold-botters around lately. I thought we could use the "Report Hacking" button (if you click on them then right click their face icon, you can see it at the bottom of the list) but i wasnt sure if that would be correct. Maybe, if possible, they could add a "Report Botting" button under it or something?
