bugged?

Hi im new, I've created about 4 characters but one of them just dosen't want to co-operate,.
When i try to change her skin tone it will only change on her face, no where else. And at times when i fight ursogs (?) it decideds to seriously cut my damge without me changing my weapon or anything lol.

i normally do about 43 damage but when i get "bugged" i do 8, anyone know how to fix these?

    The body not changing color is a known glitch. As for the damage reduction, do they have increased defense?

    Also on the buged damage, I don't know your class but It could be that your hitting an elemental mob with "thier element" Wich makes sense that it would do less damage that say one they are neutral to Or is thier weakness. Also you could have gotten really un lucky and got the defense // magic defense boosted mobs.

    Also if your an archer, I think damage is lessened at close range. but I figure thats a minor factor in this.

    Yes, if it is an Archer you will go from your standard dmg to almost half dmg if they are right up against you smashing your face with their wep.
    I would recommend kiting the mob if you're an archer, get off a few shots such as: Take Aim then Quick Shot, followed by a brief run away, turn shoot again, rinse and repeat.
    Lead me not into temptation... I can find that myself
