strange "speed" bug

I have a problem with perfect world:
As I start playing everything works normal for me. Some random time the game seems to "speed up" (Like animations go real fast) And i cannot move (Char ist beeing reset so position as i try to walk after 1 second) Restart of the game does not help. Graphics and direct x drivers are updated and got asian language pack installed. I am using Geforce 7950 GT. Does anyone have the same problems + solved it?

Lag from your end, or other players who are in the game perhaps.
Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
