..instead of locking every topic, just ban (temporarily or idc) all the spammers and insulters?

Its impossible to open a topic and start a mindful debate on this forum, without a certain group of ppl destroying the thread with pure off topic personal insulting, and spam.

This mess really hurts the community, while its just about to form.
