Since OB (Open Beta) starts soon, it's really the time to decide on what server to go on.

Chose from:
Lost City (PVP)
Heavens Tear (PVE)
Plume City (PVP)
Etherblade (PVE)

    This initial launch will open with 1 PVP server (Lost City) and 1 PVE server (Heaven's Tear).

    I think that should answer your question (cf. News)
