how do you put sig in your posts?

i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to put sig in the posts that you post on other threads and so on?

    User CP->Edit Signature->
    Option 1 - Enter the URL to the Image on Another Website
    Option 2 - Upload Image From Your Computer
