Hello :D (yet again in half an hour time :P)
I will list some of stuff i think could be improved.

to reduce interface(UI) lag(delay's):
move creature targetting system from server-controlled to client
move emote system to client(leave the cooldown if you like....)
make "return to main menu" a client controlled option(as if you lag up... you have to restart the client -.- or you have to wait for a loooong time....)

to make interface... easier to use:
when a skill is used, the cooldown might be a "shadow" that goes off slowly, then the button glows up and becomes clickable (glow goes off after the "glow up" ) - thank's to someone's suggestion about this.
last but not least - sort out a problem with lack of packets...

it goes like this: I log on, I play for a while and then my (im playing from wireless) connection stops sending me packets.... IT NEVER happened to me in any game... (I played online games for two or three years now... it never happened(all 3 years on wireless).

Thank you for reading this ... somewhat interesting post . (btw smilies limit - For the lose!)

I agree the "back to main menu" needs the same "force" option as the "quit game"

If they moved mob targets to the client u'd cast skills on your prev selection, so I guess there isnt much to do about that. For eaxmple i ur a elf and in pvp wana switch to yourself to heal, its almost impossible and you always heal your oponent.

The skills do have cooldown shadows that ill up like pie charts.

well by the cooldown thing i ment... the shadow = yes it is there, but when the shadow wears off, it may not remind player that the skill is ready, so to let player know, the skill could glow up
