Make hotmail accounts etc. Work with customer service emails?

Hey, yesterday i caught a player botting and account sharing so i fraps'd it etc. And PMed the online GM on lost city(Xeres) Who told me that i should email your customer support which i did using the direct link from the site. But i did notice that it wont work with hotmail accounts, So maybe you guys could fix this as a lot of people do use hotmail.
