same face?

what setting do you have to in the systems option to view other players' faces? Right now, i have texture at 2 and everything else at low, and I see everyone having the same face. All the male archers i see have black hair and same features. I think these are system templates to make the game run faster.

    Check the "customizations" box option in the game setting window.
