Is it just me, or is this website having problems?

Last few days the blue bar on the main page want load all the time I have to refresh, and when I browse the forum many times I need to refresh to get it to load faster. I don't get this on other sites.

    its just you...

    Notice: there is still some things to be fixed in the forum(deleting..ect),
    but after what i have heard, all will be fixed with the new forum(AT THE LAUNCHING OF OB).
