Pls make "A-D turn" faster

Theres an option in game options to set A-D keys to make the character turn instead of strafing.. which would be a good alternative to not make me hold right mousebutton all time while playing to turn the camera and slowly kill my fingers.. BUT its dead slow and thus its near useless.

Dear developers could u make a-d turning faster? Like double the speed or somethin so it could be an alternative to mouselook.
