No FX on Summer Sprint buff since yesterday evening

Since yesterday evening, I have lost the FX on Summer Sprint buff (Venomancer). Even when it is on, there is nothing showing. Repeatedly logging off and back on and restarting the game didn't fix it. It's gone for good.
