i cant log in to a server

i want to login to server but i cant. on heavens tear i cant log in and on plume city they say my user name or password is incorect. GM or players pls hlp me

    dono right reason why you can't login but one thing is for sure there will be 4 servers but only RIGHT NOW two work they both PVP servers and they called Etherblade and Lost City so try only on those now to login:cool:

    same here but i tryed in evry one i try making a new pasword i emailed you guy's i dont know if you got it but i just want to play it looks so fuun

    First of all, the only two servers that are available to the public at the moment are Lost City and Etherblade.

    Second, make sure that your password is less than 20 characters. If it is more than 20 characters then please change it on our website.

    Lastly, do you have a beta key? Have you applied a beta key to your account?

    I hope that one of these will help solve your issue, if not, then please let us know. ;)

    Hi there!
    Hey got a situation, ok, on my computer i have the icon for perfect world (i've been playing for 2 days and have my key everything was cool! lol ), so when i double click on it i get to the main starting point. Next i click on start to start the game right? Ok when i do this, it pauses for a few seconds, then the screen where i was at disappears and all i have left is my desktop. So at first i expected that, so I wait, wait,wait some more and nothing happens! My game won't load like it normally does (where the game takes over you see the scenes and get to the log in screen). I so want to play today! I'm home sick and this helps take my mind off of things LOL plus I've just got started and reallllly wanna play! Please someone help me..:confused: thanks for any responses!! 1:40pm CST (the states)

    when i start the game like where you log in i log in and it starts counting up but then it stops at 20 and says my username/password is wrong and i typed it like millions of times HELP please:(

    err usuly takes one sec to login so if it starts to count get worry <.<

    EDIT: also did you tryed what admin just sayed above ya:

    where can you get a beta key... they say they will email you one after you activate but i never got an email :confused:
