Expand PM Box Size

The PM box size is too small. I pretty much empty it out every day and yet I'm constantly 90%+ full.

The amount of stress it puts on the server is basically completely negligible as most players don't receive many PMs, and the ones that do (guildleaders and guide makers such as myself) receive way too many for this small size.
