Can't Connect - NEED HELP!

First off, I got my beta key, etc. Got accepted. Now I did everything it said to try in this one http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=18731 (My patcher works fine), changed my pw 3 times, and still wont work.

My brother told me to wait a day, but will that help??

If you know any other way to fix please tell me.
