Is this a bug?

Well the environment around me (the ground, sky, water, towns, etc) are all in tact but for reason the armour shows up.. odd. Its kind of like an outline of it. Best way to show what I mean is through a screenshot.

First screenshot is with the my equips on Normal, second is with it on Special so you can see that the armour is the only thing acting up, nothing else.

    He's NAKED lol. Yeah i think it must be a bug but i've never seen anything like it. It might be your computer but idk.

    Could be:
    bad driver version
    your ram is screwed or overheating
    your gpu (ram or gpu) is screwed or overheating

    your files could be corrupt, try clicking "verify" in the patcher. i doubt it's hardware since it's only the armor that is broken.

    i think its a graphic issue with files and video card

    Yep, I agree with mult1sync. I found, possibly, some info that might help you. Even though the bad graphic thing doesn't effect your whole game, I hope this is useful to you...

    A: Update your graphics card driver to the latest version. Also check and see if you're DirectX is compatible with the minimum system requirements
    to see what version of directx you have, type "dxdiag" in your run dialog (Start -> Run)
