I need help with this as well. I'm trying to learn how to leap, but I have no idea how to learn this ability.

If you mean for the quest by that name, all it means is to jump. Press the space bar once to jump, a second time to do a jump in mid air. It's a difficult quest for humans (all races have one), but it is possible to do, especially now that you have Cloud Sprint, it's fairly easy to do.

As for skills, if you are going with an Axe/Hammer build, put your weapon skills first, then Roar of the Pride, your two all weapon AoE's, Aeolian Blade, Axe/Hammer mastery, and your Golden Bell buff. Skills you want to level, but after the rest are Drake's Ray, Tiger Leap, Leap Back, and Cloud Sprint.

Tiger Claw and Stream Strike are pretty much useless, as they are quickly overpowered by other skills. Draw Blood is optional, though I personally don't bother with it. Your armor sutra skills you will want your magical one to be about 3-5 and then keep it there, and your physical level 5-7, and stop. If you level them to the max, you lose a lot of resistance on the opposite, making you a very easy target, especially since in PvP, both Wizards and Clerics, as well as Archers, have skills that deal both magical and physical damage.

Of course, this is all just from a person who has read the guides and is basically regurgitating what I have read. If someone who is a high level says otherwise, just listen to them instead. b:laugh

Original poster was from August of 2008. Please don't Necro.

Usually the issue is your spirit culti. Go through your quest log and look for any gold quests and complete them. You need spiritual cultivation "Aware of Harmony" to learn Tiger Leap. You can check this by hitting "c" and looking at your character screen. Make sure you are talking to a blademaster skill provider. You need to be level 29, and have 3540 spirit and 4500 coin.
Seven 100+ characters leveled the hard way. Free to play. Mystic, Psychic, and Wizard left to level. b:victory

Thanks about the tip on the jumping, and I found out how to purchase the other new abilities. I just found a blademaster in the walled stronghold and was able to buy them there.
