Need Elf Quest Help

Does anyone know where the herb is for the Spirit Adept Quest for Cleric? I looked all down the West Shore of the rvier farming diffrent herbs but they dont seem to be the right ones.

Please help, or ask someone who knows if you can and post. I've been searching the shore for 3 hours.Going to bed now. =[
