Max level (105)=lifetime?

I did some search work about max level and the time to reach that in Perfect World since its already released in Asia.

4,196,152,400xp is needed for level 105 which is max level (source: forums like http://pw-forum.onlinewelten.com/yaf_postsm44725_Max-Level.aspx ). Calculations say if you play 24 hours a day it takes 1 year and 7 months to reach this. I play 2 hours a day myself which would be 228 months=19 years to become max level??? Isn't this a bit to much, because you need this level to kill mobs in in higher areas (map with level mobs: http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b98/eytchdi/PW-LvLMapGuide.jpg which is correct since I explored the world flying around with my lvl 1 elf :P http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?p=353451#post353451 )

    In PW-MY, the player named "bb" reached max level within a few months of the launch of open beta. This means that the calculations are incorrect. If someone knows the game well, they can reach high level in a relatively short amount of time. The problem is that it might require more money and time than you're willing to invest. It all depends on your style of game-play.

    How long played that person a day? And I assume he didn't know all quests since he started at the launch?

    lol 19 years to get to max lvl >.>
    If you play 2-4 hours a day with one character, it will take you half a year or less depending if you are managing your tiem right online.

    I don't know any details about bb. What I can tell you is that, aside from being smart about questing, there are also options in the Item Mall for increasing your level-up speed. The obvious catch is that they require real money, so get out your wallet. Players usually like to sell those items in the game, though, so you could still use in-game money... if your character is rich, that is. bb was the head of the most powerful guild on his server (until he switched guilds). I imagine that little fact played a role in his ability to reach max level. (Guild leaders receive an income.)

    Max Lvl is 150. The reason why 105 cant be the max lvl is, because at lvl 109 you get your last Fairy.

    Btw: bb is a geek lol and it took him like 7-8 months dude ^^

    The info on that site must be out-dated. The original max level was 105.

    Are you sure that Chart is Calculated right??
    It shows from lvl 1-100 it will take 22.3 Days, but from lvl 100-101 it will take 3 months, WTF!!

    I'm not sure but he could be a player of some older PW Versions. So he could have known all quests from the beginning.

    But I suggest, you consider a thing, someone wrote at the PW-MY-EN forum once. Wouldn't it be pretty boring, if everyone had a bunch of max Lvl characters to play with as in WOW?

    And from my own experience, there is a lot of fun in this game without reaching lvl 105 (in about a week, I will break the 80s, and i like it although I'm not that high :) )

    As your level increases, leveling up gets harder. Taking 3 months for one level, though, is ridiculous. That chart can't be right.

    So if I play 2 hours a day and doing quests I could get level 150 in a year?? And how could level 150 be the max while the max level of nomral mobs is 108 and the highest boss i saw on my explorations on the entire map (not instances) was level 120 (he was located on the highest level area where al mobs are level 108)

    New Maps will be added to PW, we will get Housing Stystem, new Maps,Towns, and even a New "Race" in the feature.
    PW-China doesnt have all this stuff yet so it will take a while for PWI to get it.

    hmm hate grinding =\ well there are times when i realy play hardcore in terms of time spent (15h a day w00t) but i really was never capable forcing my self to DO the exact same thing over and over for hours. i like variarity. like kill some mobs- get some xp, travel around, maybe craft something and so on. depends on how many "points of interest" the game offers. i hope PW will offer more then just mindless grind...

    I don't grind I play quests :P Grinding sucks and is boring. i also love playing PVP so I will also do that in those 2 hours, so effective it would be 1-1.5 hours questing. So I think that would take 2 years for max level them and Im not going to play 2 years or it must be VERY good. the only bad thing so far is that I only have quests where I need to kill mobs (kill them all type). Hopefully they will be better later ingame like the quests from Lotr :P (here are 1/9 kill .. mobs and pick up reward)

    No, he didn't. bb hit 100, which is considered the "stopping level" for almost everyone, within the range of months. After 100, most people stop to farm the 200k rep if they don't buy it from the cash shop to get the rank 8 stuff. Between 100 and 109, there's nothing to get and it's a long long way. It took him about a month to get from 99 to 100, so that's the general pace of an account that's leveling relatively fast.

    105 is the current cap on the MY servers because if you enter the 109FB (or whatever you want to call it), it's not implemented yet. The dungeon is there but no mobs or bosses or iron blood stele things are there.

    Then the forum I linked on the frond page (http://pw-forum.onlinewelten.com/yaf_postsm44725_Max-Level.aspx) is right . Cause there it sais it takes 22.3 days to reach level 100 if you play 24 hours a day. If that guy played say 12 hours a day it would take 45 days to reach level 100. The time for him to reach level 101 would be 180 days because you need 4xmore xp to gain level 100-101 then you need from 1-100.

    Little tabel if playing 24hours/day:

    100=66954000 (22.3days)
    101=267816000 (3个month)
    102=535632000 (6个month)
    103=1339080000(1year3month)
    104=1750000000(1year7month)
    105=4196152400

    Of course, because the level cap is 105 and they don't want anyone hitting 105 really. Perhaps things change if the level cap gets raised to higher levels. The MY version and other versions are woefully incomplete, as you need to farm 109FB among other things to get the skill books for skills 29+ and you need the 109 cult finished to use the 59 skill books. 99FB only drops the skill books for skills you get starting from level 2x and below.
