Character Customization Problem

i didnt know where to put this bug report in, so i posted it here. well anyway, i found a bug that i dont think PWI is aware of. when you go in-game, and then when you meet somebody anywhere anytime, their preset just shows. no changes they made to themselves. as you can see, i screenshotted one of my squad members to show you how she doesnt look like anything like her portrait: 120qi6w.jpg
well sorry if someone already posted this bug and you guys are fixing on it. just wanted to make you aware of it :eek: thanks

    There is a setting in the game options for ppl with slower pc's and bad connections called "character customization" I its disabled everyone looks identical to make it easier on ur pc.

    In the game settings, go to the UI tab, there is an option named customizations. There you go.

    Thanks for clearing that up, I just noticed that while i was in Archosaur. Everyone looked identical, even though their character images were all customised.
