Hey guys im a lvl 5 blademaster and y cant i lvl up my skills tiger maw? i went to the elder but couldnt find any lvl up the skills watsoever please tell me how ty

    If you look at your skill list (Skill menu -> Skill tree) it will tell you what level you can learn new skills as well as upgrade them and the ones you have learned already.
