Installing issues PLEASE HELP

Ok, so i opened the file took 4hrs to download, it finally completed i was relieved i opened it up and it froze on me, so i ctrlaltdel and then i couldn't find the file it was in temporary files or something PLEASE HELP ME i do not wish to re dl a 4hr download please help im desperate =(

    the file should be wherever you specified when you downloaded the file...

    and you need a unzipping program, such as 7zip, to unzip the file (the default format when downloaded is a .zip file...it cannot be simply opened without extracting first)

    you can try a system search (search option under start menu), and type in "perfect". it should pop up eventually if you did successfully download it.

    yeah...thats because you need an unzipping program to do it. .zip files cannot be double clicked if you don't have the right program.

    get 7zip and it should work

    looks like you have to redownload en save to file to hard-drive instead of opening it first.

    no i have .7z or w.e but now i found the file and i click on it comes up with box and gives me a file name to extract to and i click extract and comes up with error cannot read file or cannot open file something of the sort =/
