how to learn skill?

is it like silkroad where we can learn new skill at anyplace by just clicking some skill window on the interface or is it like lineage 2 where we have to go to town to learn skill?

    You must go to your specific trainer in the cities to learn skills.

    you've got visit npc ' master of *your class* ', to learn new skills or increase old ones. other than skillpoints, they also demands some money.
