can we create same name after delete?

say we put name "hahahoho" then we delete. then can we put name "hahahoho" again?

some game it wont let me put same name even when the name is deleted and no one use it.

    In this game, you have to wait 7 days for a character to be deleted. Until then you can undelete the character at any time. After that 7 days is up, the name is usable instantly. This is how it worked in the PW MY version, I'm not sure if its exactly the same here but it should be similar.
