Problems with a white screen

I was so excited to play PW but when i started PW it said that the page cannot found and i have a white screen. i updated Pw and I can login when i start the game but i only see some white plants and a white character i have a vista 64bits and compat. won't work. sorry for my crappy english but i come from the Netherlands. Is that also a problem???
