Strange Lag

Hi, i have been testing out in game and seems when i set the graphics to medium or maximum my game lags really bad, when i set it to the low resolution (kinda sucky graphics) it plays perfectly with no lag. I thought it was from my computer bt i've checked the game's requirements and my computer has superior ram, cpu and gfx card so i don't get it :S can it be from the servers that are too overload? :(

    post your specs, if you're playing with a integrated graphics card that could be it.
