server no connection

was there an .ini file we needed to edit regarding connecting to servers because i've finished downloading the updates, but at the log in screen, i get no connections to any of the servers.

    First of all, the servers aren't supposed to be up yet.

    Second of all, right now the PVP servers for east and west seem to be up.

    guys i figured out the problem

    peer guardian is blocking PW...you have to disable it... :(
