Venomancer Can Transform

Can the Vanomancer go fox form at level 1? or do you have to wait to like level 10 or do a quest?

    its a combination of lvl and quest :D you have to get lvl9 than do your mediate quest after you completed this quest you can learn the skill from your venomancer teacher and fox form is soo ubercute xD
