Clans and Guilds

Hey im new to the Perfect world community and had a fer friends that are going to get into PW as well. We were wondering if there will be access to clans and or guild and how the system would work?

    there are guilds in this once the servers come up just hop in game and see who all has guilds up or check the forum for info on who is making guilds
