Bug Reporting

So... I'd bet the web tools for bug reporting might not be up yet, but if/when they are, where would they be located?

I just noticed that the link for Security Instructions on the server select screen points to a page that gives a '403 Forbidden' error and figured I might report that. It might be nice to have access to the security FAQ even before the beta starts ;).
