Website Problems

I don't know if this is the right place to post this but I have issues with the website refreshing itself every couple of seconds and this make it near impossible to do anything on the site. I have only noticed this in the flash sections. The only flash section i had no issues with is the registration section. Just though I'd let you know.

    I also just noticed that it is fine when i am logged in but when i am not logged in in when it is happening.

    I get this problem onli with firefox
    IE7 handles it ok, but it's annoying as my default browser is FF.

    Which version of Firefox are you using? I am using Firefox right now and it is working fine for me.

    I use FF3 and it works fine except when I play a video then I close it the video is closed but the sound replays from the start. Its not big deal though its not like I watch the videos over and over.
