Im not From England but i want to play this game, can i? :rolleyes:

    the answer is yes the moderators did post a response saying that people from the European version won't have IP blocks or restrictions. But there is a much closer version available to you. I'm not sure if its localized in your language or not but it is available to play.

    are there areas in the world where they are blocked? I was under the impression there wasn't any.

    ty guys for the fast reply. Im from Bulgaria (in Europe). And if i cannot play, is there another version of this game like Eu..?

    Of course there are IP blocks. All countries who had their own official PW version at the time PW-Intl was announced are blocked. (and since Pw-EU wasn't, there is no IP-Block for Europe). All is written in the stickied FAQ

    Just play the EU version. From the sounds of things though, you shouldn't be blocked from playing the PWI. But dont quote me on that i havn't read all the stickied topics floating about *cough* :o
