Zip Extraction Error

I downloaded the Perfect World International file from the direct download, not from bittorrent.
Im using CAM UnZip, which worked well for me in the passed. When i push the button "Extract"

A Error Came up and said "Error:Fatal Error: central dir signature not found"

I do not understand. I downloaded it, took me about 2-3 hours at most to download it. Can someone tell me how to extract the files so i wont have to redownload. I dont want to use Bittorrent at all costs.

    Try extracting with either the latest release of WinRAR (3.71) or 7-Zip.

    Or else, try the absolute latest copy of CAM UnZip, if you'd prefer. I haven't tried it before, but it seems some older decompression programs/versions are having trouble extracting.

    I'm not sure if this will solve your problem, but I'll give a go anyways.

    Try creating a new folder, and dragging the materials in the zipped "PW folder" into the new one. It should be fixed, and ready to install etc~

    Only problem now is it wont install i can get past unzipping it but it gets to about 97% and says data read Error and that's it.
    Edit* Currently now trying Direct Download. I hope this works and btw all my 7zip winzip and winrar are fully updated.
