my mistake, the patches on their page indicate:
http://www.playwhat.com/GameDetails/perfect/perfectworld.html

Description:
This patch updates Perfect World from version 2 to 6.

For more information please visit:

http://www.perfectworld.com.my/downloads-patch.asp

They should remove the patches from there.

Those patches are for the malaysian client, not this one .
