Data Packet Extraction Problems

Alright, so I've read a few threads where people have had extraction errors, but none have really answered my problem.

Upon trying to extract Perfect World, it begins, and extracts about four of the PWs content. I found this odd, so instead of trying to zip, I did the ol' copy-pasta method. I managed to copy and paste all of the content except the four data packets. Whenever I try to copy-paste OR extract the data packets, my extractor or the window in which I'm pasting freezes entirely and I have to CTRL-ALT-Delete to close the "non-responsive" window.

I downloaded via the direct download, and it took me, no joke, a full day, so I'm reluctant to try an alternate download method, though I will if I absolutely must.

Mainly, I'm just wondering if users have downloads to JUST the data packets that I could try extracting.

    Most of the extraction errors I've seen can be solved by simply updating (or changing) your extraction software. Before you start downloading huge data packets, that might be worth a shot. 7zip or WinRAR 3.71 seem to be able to extract the files just fine. :)

    If that doesn't work, let us know.

    Hehe, thanks for your patience. I'm sure after the first 20 threads of extraction problems, it can get irritating. I'll see you guys in PW!
