problem about download

when i download it finish what do i do and do i need to download microsoft direct. Thank plz reply

    When it's finished, unzip the archive into a folder. Go into that folder, and double-click the Install.exe program icon, and follow the prompts.

    If you don't already have the latest version of Microsoft DirectX installed, then you should install that. You can check this by going to Start > Run (or on Vista, press the Windows key + R) and enter DXDIAG

    This should open a DirectX Diagnostics screen... at the bottom it will tell you your DirectX Version number. 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904) is the latest.
