About MY-EN & International

Hi!

I have been playing a while MY-EN version of the game and reading forums..
Some things are still not clear for me.

If I have this Proxile character on MY-EN version, can I create character also named as Proxile in International version?

And Some people says that ping will be smaller if the servers are in USA...? I live in Finland and I have better than average internet connection speed.. I've noticed some lag in MY-EN version but will International really work better??

Oh, and one guy said that he couldn't play MY-EN, because quests were translated so badly that he couldn't complete them... I don't have that problem..yet.

    You can make that character, aslong none else created it with the same name before you did.

    It won't lag for you as much as in the MY-EN server and everything will be clearly translated, so no problems would appear.

    it wasn't quite as bad as that.

    I'm from Finland and I have terrible 5 sec lag in MY-EN. Can't wait for the CB to start here.. I'm quite sure it is gonna be alot better than MY-EN. (hoping for around 50-100ms) ._.
