CG intro in International release?

I think in USA, all games have a nice CG intro. Even 9D has one. It doesnt do much for game play but does a lot for motivation to play for new players and offers a nice advertisement. I wonder why PW choosed to not have one and will PW international have one. The CG game intro is missing in the region that I've played and it was dissapointing not to see one when I first tried the game. All we get is a wallpaper before load. I hope they include a nice CG into in the International release. That would be cool :cool:
