Especially when CB starts, Id like a place to "lay the smackdown" as Rohan gms opted to use on their War room forum description.

I'd like to have an 18+ account restricted war room/trash bin.

Official PWI irc: (mirc command, opens in a new window and won't interfere with any servers you're already on) /server -m irc.deltaanime.net -j #pwint

In terms of talking trash or calling someone out, the PvP forums currently serves that purpose. Now with regard to a forum that allows users to violate the rules that we have set for this community, that will not be happening any time soon.

I dont understand why insulting has to be against the rules. As long as it is within a set guideline and contained into 1 forum section it would be fine.

Emo people need to just do that anyway.
and "Eff your Mom", nothing seems too wrong with that to me.
As long as you are not insulting someones race I think insulting is fun >.>

Meh, but some people take things to serious. D: you may turn out to be a cause of mass suicide among the over dramatics/emos.

Because those to whom these forums belong decided it is.

Why do some people always feels it a necessity to contest every decision taken that does not suits their own ways of thinking?

You asked for something, you got your answer. Unless you show them some very good arguments that could make them change their minds, it's pretty useless continuing talking about it.

Why do people insist on insulting each other's Moms? Mothers are great people. They deserve better than that.

Personally, I don't see the point of having a place in the forums where the rules that apply to the forum don't apply. They are, after all, the rules. They're not even very restricting rules, by many standards. Basically boils down to speak English (Just to keep everyone on the same field), don't break the law, treat each other like humans, and use common sense. Is that really so much to ask?

Well, no, not at all. Some people just have too much ego, is all. Nasty.

RQ cant insult others and feed off their comebacks on RQ forums.
With a PvP server comes alot of trashtalk,
Why not have a place to contain it :P

Precisely. Flame wars, even if they start out rational and proper, almost always degenerate into foul language and inappropriate material.

"Because person x said so" is not really an answer IMO.

    That goes without saying.
If the pvp server and a flame forum were age restricted, I don't see what the problem would be though. If people take **** seriously on the internet, they need to rethink their outlook on life. "a safe environment for kids" would be irrelevant if it's age restricted.

No he was banned for insulting. Which wouldnt of been a bannable offense if people didn't take things serious on the internet.

I think it's not impossible to make.
You can have some text pop up every time you enter the war room section, something like : If you can't stand criticism, insults, black humor etc , do not enter here. WARNING: We are not responsible for anything going on this section. If you still want to enter, click Yes.

Oh, well, bad idea afterall. Might not attract many people. Or maybe lots of curious ones?

Even if they are responsible, forums are not required and are visited by a person's choosing. If there is any problem, a person can easily avoid it by not going to it.

That wasn't my point. He said that people can't take things seriously on the internet, but he was going crazy when he was banned. That is taking something on the internet seriously. If there is no seriousness to the post, why would you need to post it?

Yes, they can, by making a 'warning' text. Though, people like you may sue them for that.
