I'm excited about this game.
But how are the dungeons and bosses? can someone describe (details are appreciated) the dungeons? Are there many? Good bosses? Different?
Mostly,are they instanced for parties?
Most f2p mmo dungeons fail.

They are instanced, and you get to do one every ten levels, starting at 19. They consist of nasty elite mobs which are generally too strong for your level and at least one boss at the end (more in higher level dungeons.)
The xp boost doesn't come from the mobs, it comes from using the tablets you get to do the dungeon quests, and you can help others with their tablets to get that same xp reward again and again. As long as someone in the party uses a tablet everyone benefits.
FB (that's what the dungeons are called in the MY version, and the name will probably stick here for awhile too) bosses are also the only way to get certain rare drops, like molders and ☆☆☆ items.
I could go on but it's late and I'm tired, someone else can fill in the blanks.0 -
The only boring thing is that you basically always use the same tactics for each bosses.
1 - lure boss away from minions if any (or kill minions first if not possible)
2 - have tanker take aggro
3 - cleric heal tanker or party (if boss have aoe attack)
4 - everyone else in party do damage to boss.
Very few bosses have special caracteristics, like immunities to certain elements or type of damage.
I miss those games where bosses would randomly attack party members. It added a lot of spice to the thing (and more party wipes )Frankieraye said : "we can promise that we will work to improve all facets of community, engineering, and customer service to ensure that something like this doesn't happen again."

A intersting thing to highlight here is, PW is NOT a game where you kill a boss and get 30% exp like most other MMO's Also boses drop pathetic items with the exception of the FB bosses.
Bosses range from incredibly hard like Gouf till wee wee easy ones.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

true, but unlike those games where outside bosses give good XP and items, here you don't have to wait hours or days for it to respawn.
So if you need boss XYZ for a quest, just go to it's location. If dead or someone on it already, just wait a few seconds/minutes and you can get your shot at it.
Outside bosses also generally have fewer HP than those in instanced areas.Frankieraye said : "we can promise that we will work to improve all facets of community, engineering, and customer service to ensure that something like this doesn't happen again."

Hmm I just realised I didint really get to the OP's issue.
Instanced = yes.
Diferent =very.
# of Boses, FB19 =1 FB29=1 FB39 = 3 FB49=4 FB59=5 I think. 69 is insane and we normally just did the one boss for culti. 79 has uhm.. it hink 6 also and its not as bad as 69. 89 has 3.. 89 is alos my FAV FB of them all! 99 = never been to
There is a dungeon for every x9'th lvl in the game start from 19 (29/39/.../99) They are called FB's (some stupid chinese/french abbreviation). They serve 3 purposes, molders/cultivation/reputation.
Molders: dungeon boses have a low chance to drop a unique item called modelers - its like weapon/armor blueprints for really good items. The molder normally pplies to the lvl of the dungeon, for example you'd get a starsealer magic sword molder for a lvl30 char in FB29.
Cultivation: Its a special type of quest in game that will typically require you to kill some mobs/bosess in the dungeon. (note higher culti = less exp lost when u die and it unlocks skills)
REP: Monsters drop signets in dungeons that cant be traded/droppped and you can exchange it at a npc in dragon city for REP points. Higher lvl FB = more REP points per signet.
THEEEEEEEEEN there is special dungeons called Holy hall (HH) and Crecent Valley.
These are for gathering items needed to make special green/yellow weapons.
I've never been to CV, But the HH works like this
HH 1,1-3 , 2,1-3 3,1-3 There is 3 doors inside HH 1-3 and each door has 3 choices. Its rather complex to explain but its not all that hard, there is a lot of wiki pages on this to look at.
HH isntances range from easyish HH1-1(for lvl60 green weapon) to Fing insane crazy hard!!![SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
