who can make guilds? do you have to be a certain level?

    Guild Creation Requirments- Lvl 20+, 100k and a really short guild name.

    Yes and to be able to join a Territory War your guild need to be lvl 3 which costs 10kk, i forgot how much it costed to upgrade it to lvl 2

    I thought your guild only needs to be level 2 to attack a territory?

    Upgrades:
    Level 2 guild - 2 mil (100 member capacity)
    Level 3 guild - 10 mil (200 capacity)

    yah... no kidding.

    but it prevents guild from going from 0 to 1000 players overnight. why? cause not everyone can afford it xD

    well thats good... I like small guild wars... it requires more cooperation among the guilds then if there were just 3 super powered guilds
